Prof of mol evolution. Neutral theory was provoked by mol clock. MC has been dumped as a mirage but NT is still around, bizarre!! MGD theory ready to step up...

That African DNA is the closest to chimpanzees is an open secret among a small circle of experts. No one (dare) discusses its significance, so it is unknown to most. There are many papers on this. The one with the most complete data is (Extended Fig 5).

Another paper debunks the sensational claim in Science (2023) about a near-extinction event for the human lineage 1 million years ago, revealing it as a methodological artifact. The neutral theory framework has already derailed countless careers.

"We knew from the very beginning that something was seriously wrong with commonly received notions of human history of the kind that you'll find in popular science books by Harari, Pinker, Fukuyama, Diamond, etc."

Given that the genetic conclusions are based on the flawed premise, the neutral DNA assumption, I am open to alternative hypotheses based on non-genetic data. The hybrid hypothesis is worth looking into.

Another day, another Harvard genetics paper on the whereabouts of an (I really must stress this) purely *imaginary “Indo-European homeland” - published in Nature, to the applause of alt-right and white supremacists the world over, but of course, all in the name of “good science”.

New find: P. knowlesi (endemic in monkey) genes are more mutable than P. falciparum (human). Known: Genetic diversity of P. falciparum is very low. MGD theory: more complex host are less tolerant of mutations, which also applies to their parasites.

Random DNA differing in GC content introduced into yeast either mingle with yeast chromosomes or segregate into an inactive compartment, which is predicted by the underlying DNA sequence. If most DNA are neutral as assumed by OOA, this would be impossible.

@ItalkiMan Neandertals and Denisovans have more ancestral (chimp) alleles than modern humans. Africans have more ancestral alleles than non-Africans. So, Africans share more ancestral alleles with Neandertals and Denisovans than non-Africans do.

@brude_mckee Some years ago, I offered to visit his lab and give a talk on my work. He asked me to send an abstract but then he never invited me. He is not willing to admit that the neutral assumption is dead wrong. To be confused is to be expected given the wrong assumption.

Updated the preprint, showing that variant sharing due to convergent mutations is very common in Y chr. The revision only analyzed the variants located within the male-specific region as unveiled through the full sequencing of 43 human Y chr.
