All valid factors.. but mango fruit set is always very low. The problem doesn't arise due to pollination as much as the plant's ability to hold fruits. The initial fruit set is more a reflection of the actual successful pollination. But the tree knows how much fruit it can hold, and can't get too heavy (except some varieties), so ends up aborting even successfully pollinated ones, in favor of a better quality of fruit even if it's just 1 per Panicle.
