@Hermod_Hermit My cat gets 1-2 tbs of a high quality canned food, Grain free but does have some vegetables, the rest is a combo of raw meat... chicken, turkey, beef, liver, egg yolks. I buy a good quality kibble and sprinkle a few pieces on top just so she has some crunch.

@fiapsa Might be getting ready for a growth spurt. My kids would grow out then up. Also, why not whole eggs?

@covie_93 They don't help the poor. They are money laundering schemes. I favor keeping any program that goes through a full audit and can document exactly where the disbursements went and quantify the positive impact they've had. Any program that is legit should have no problem with this.

@joshreederx I'm not going to say there weren't times it was hard, but it was easier than I expected it to be. Once you get past the first day or two, your body adjusts to burning body fat efficiently. It might not work for someone who is very slim. I'm about average weight for my age.

@Riley_Gaines_ Honestly, to me she looked traumatized. And Kanye with those dark glasses on. It just seemed like she was involved in some sort of ritual or initiation. I'm not excusing her at all, but it struck me as "off".

@ChiefJohnBoy @SamaHoole "GMO" generally refers to gene editing. Inserting genes from one organism into another. ie: fish genes into strawberries or Bt into corn. Hybridization and cross pollination aren't what is referred to regarding GMO. Tho pro GMO factions like to blur that line.

@dustind512 @SamaHoole I thought that initially, but it doesn't have to be. If you have space for a freezer, you can save a lot buying in bulk. Also, I've found grass fed to be FAR more filling than conventional beef if you can find it at a good price.

@CynicalPublius Rotator cuff? My husband had 2. Alternate between Motrin and Tylenol, they can be combined. Every 4 hrs, alternate them. Keep a note because you'll lose track. Good luck.
