I wont lie to you guys. I spend an unhealthy amount of time going through Foden’s sofascore and this is my conclusion:
<50 Foden touches: City won’t win
~60 Foden touches: City won’t lose and Foden is good
~65-70 touches: Foden Motm type and City Win (Every. Single. Time.)
If we wanna win the league — we have to give this guy 50+ touches a game (and allow him to operate in central areas) — MINIMUM.
He’s good enough to hold that responsibility there, now.
Far too many game-breaking qualities… Superstar.
“Feeel? Everyone knows how i feel about Feeel. He is our Diyamond. Today, he reminds me alot David Silva, the way he moves around the striker and the action. I am really happy. Sometimes they ask why i play him as a wiñer, this is becos Bernardo has special kwaliti in the midol”
Pep wiil look at the pain in his eyes and be like “with Feeel, he can play in the midol but Hoolian is in incredible form and his actions in the final 3rd are really nice and i need Feeel on the right because Djeremy cant do it on the right and i need Bernardo in the midol”

That trio is literally the dream midfield trio
A destroyer 6,
an all action 8 thats ridiculous in possession and defensively
A 10 who thrives in the pockets
What else do you want?
the idea that Foden can’t co-exist w Jude & Rice in midfield is laughable, he’s covered the most distance of any City player this year and always tracks back when Pep plays him in the middle

These mfs are so mad Foden plays for City and not one of the big reds. For time now, they’ve been trying to unsettle him but my loyal prince stays true to his people
🗣️ “The standard is so high, there’s so many quality players. All you can do as a player when you get the opportunity is do the best you can and show the manager what you can do.”
Phil Foden on if he’s concerned with his lack of minutes for club and country. 💭
Factually incorrect. Look at my wingers, Mahrez, Grealish and Bernardo. None of them are constant threats in behind that suits Kanes playing style of dropping deep to create then arrive semi late in the box. We would be much worse off with Kane instead of Haaland
City would be even better with Kane than with Haaland. This is a fact, not an opinion.
You can't even talk about the long-term because Haaland is likely not staying forever.
“Lizen, Joe. In de halfspace between de baseline and the wing, you have to find the Jays. They are so so good in zis spaces. With Zhroe in the midol, the jays can turn and make a shot or a pass. In zis period of the sison, they have to do it, to feel it”
I remember a time when the average technical ability of this squad was so high.
Sane, Aguero, Sterling, KDB, Dilva, Mahrez, Foden, Bilva, Zinny, Ferna, Rodri, Stones, Cancelo.
Actual on ball ability, not one redeeming quality
🚨 Manchester United are prepared to offload Jadon Sancho in January and are willing to accept a significant financial loss on the £73M they paid for him in 2021.

“Don’t worry, Jack. Today you were exceptional. As a wiñer, the timing of the pass, you helped us a lot, a lot. So don’t worry about Jeremy or Hoolian, i am so so pleased with you today”
