Oscar did receive his lifesaving precious heart, but sadly passed away in 2021. His mummy Abbie says, ' I am so grateful for organ donation and the extra 2 and a half years we got to spend together.' ❤️ 2/2

Linz’s husband Jim sadly passed away in October from bowel cancer. Jim had 8.5 bonus years with his pre loved heart & was able to walk his daughter down the aisle, meet his grandchild & make wonderful memories. Linz pays tribute to her beloved husband ❤️
