What is most ironic of the early church, in Acts, is that we have no record that churches owned facilities. They all met in homes. They poured their revenues and treasures into mission and people, not buildings or property. 🤔

When you’re reading the New Testament and you read that somebody was “healed” by Jesus and then read somebody else was “saved” by Jesus, you’re reading the same Greek word. Salvation is healing. Through being an apprentice to Jesus you’ll find healing at a soul-deep level - JMC

When we cry out to God and ask God to do something about the injustice and pain in this world; I’m reminded that it will be fulfilled by us being obedient to His call on our lives. We are His hands and feet to bring hope and healing to a lost world.
