Idk how many times I’ve been in a situation where I react the way I shouldn’t or get triggered and I say to myself, okay we didn’t grow as much as we thought we did. 😭
you immerse yourself in the healing work when you actually start living. there’s only so much intellectual healing work you can do. the healing and growth is in your lived experience. it’s in trying, doing, failing & succeeding. the healing is in the life lessons.
If you are not black, you cannot say nigga.
You cannot say it at a bar. You cannot say it in a car.
You cannot say it on your feet. You cannot say it in yo mf seat.

- no half ass “i don’t know who imma get today” energy
- no half ass anything
