@GyanPareek @BrownUrology @MIUIMiriamHosp @ColumbiaUrology It was so good to spend time with old friends @GyanPareek @EliasHyams and get to finally meet many new ones @SThavaseelanUro. The residency training is top notch and the resident’s hospitality was truly appreciated.

@GyanPareek @BrownUrology @MIUIMiriamHosp @ColumbiaUrology What an honor to spend time at @BrownUrology as Visiting Professor. Fantastic group of faculty and residents who were engaged and inviting - great case discussions and conversations about complex stone disease and upper tract urothelial carcinoma.

@roger_sur @KevSternbergUro 0.02 J x 1000 Hz was the most efficient overall, but not used by us clinically. 0.2 J x 100 Hz was likely the most clinically relevant setting for one option for renal stones. We will try and present the complete dataset soon - too much info for the poster alone.

@BodoKnudsen The settings during the study are really for the kidney when there is good irrigation flow - I agree that lower settings are much safer for the ureter and we use 0.6 J and 6 Hz for most ureteral stones.

@allaf_mo @HopkinsBayview @brady_urology Correction per Dr. Ratner: Bob Montgomery (now Chair of Surgery at NYU) was a resident & was not involved with the 1st case. Cisco Cigarroa was the transplant fellow & is a co-author of the 1st paper. Cisco went on to become the Chancellor of the University of Texas. LEGENDS
