This morning, Fit Friday at @Ashtoncsc consisted of a glow stick Just Dance Wake & Shake for Year 7 & fitness instructed by @Ashtoncsc_PE for Year 8-11. It was really good to see young people enjoying fun, physical activity! @YouthSportTrust @Change4Life @Sport_England
