A large portion of the reason for this is Biden’s war on fossil fuels. Biden declared this war by Executive Order the day he was sworn in. As a result gas prices soared and have never returned to the Trump levels.

This would compensate Trump for any potential interest he may have made on the money he was forced to give up.

As of right now Trump is not a Convicted Felon. He has not been adjudicated. Adjudication takes place at Sentencing and that is when the judge will make an Adjudication.
