This week we were recognized together with @HDR_Inc and @mnsengineers for @ACEC_California's Engineering Excellence Award for our Yerba Buena Island I-80/Southgate Road and Interchange project. Thank you also to our delivery partners @GhilottiCompany, @CaltransD4, @MTCBATA, @California_CTC, and city agencies for collaborating with us on this world-class infrastructure. The project’s innovative design enhances multimodal safety and connectivity for regional travelers and the growing communities on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island. Learn more about the project:

Meet our 2025 Transportation Authority leadership: Chair Myrna Melgar (District 7) and Vice-Chair @DannySauter (District 3). Chair Melgar served as the Transportation Authority’s Vice-Chair for two years and is the agency's first female Chair. “I am honored to be elected Chair of the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and look forward to working with my colleagues to address pressing transportation issues such as ensuring the long-term sustainability of our public transit systems, improving safety, and achieving our climate goals,” said Chair Melgar. “Through collaboration with our partners and engagement with the community, I am hopeful we can make progress on each of these fronts in the coming year.”

We attended @COMTO_HQ Norcal's Gala last week to celebrate scholarship winners and industry leaders, including Legacy honoree Cynthia Dorsey and our own Deputy for Capital Projects Carl Holmes (Chapter Champion award) who moderated a dynamic Fireside Chat with @TransitCenterSF, @VTA and @PortofOakland. Carl also recently received @CMAANorCal's Golden Key award - congratulations to Carl and all the honorees!
