Run 100 done! Thank you to those who joined me and cheered me home yesterday. But most important thank you from the crew of Tower Lifeboat and all those we assist as you have helped us raise more then £8,500 including Gift Aid. Happy new year!

Running 200 miles to save lives ends today. Last run from Tower of London to Tower Lifeboat Station starts at 16.30 ending on Waterloo Bridge at c17.00. Wish me luck!
