@CityPowerJhb Apologising for the problem is all well and good but we are sitting here without knowing whats going on, when we are going to get our electricity restored. This is very frustrating. Please sort this out ASAP

Since yesterday we heard that the transformer tripped, then it changed to a truck knocked the pole down, then we heard it was cable theft. Please escalate the priority of this issue to maximum
