Christian Men- since those men you have decided to look to as your leaders won’t say this I will. We have a hypocrisy and repentance problem with men in the church. Today I got called a “stripper” who “hasn’t changed at her core” by a young orthodox male who still posts pornographic content to his timeline, currently. I haven’t danced in well over ten years. And I would never consider it. Meanwhile, this young man is still a pornography enjoyer. No shame. No repentance. Posts it to his timeline. He’s not unique. Over 2/3rds of Christian men admit to recent pornography use, married or not. These same men (who are loud and assertive online making themselves the spokesmen for Christ) are gatekeeping the kingdom of heaven, the church, and the blood of Christ by denying women who HAVE repented acceptance in the body. This is satanic. It’s pharasaical. It’s hypocritical. And it won’t end well for those participating. You cannot deny formerly promiscuous women acceptance to the body of Christ. You cannot hold their pasts over their head while you are still sinning unrepentantly. You cannot do that and you will be judged for it unless you repent. This is a current, massive, and ongoing issue and because these men really think their porn use is hidden or “not that bad” no one is addressing it. They’re just letting these men speak for us as a body. Women who may be considering repentance are seeing this behavior. Men who may be considering repented are seeing it and getting a whole different wrong message. Wake up. Tell the truth. Jesus is the door and he cleanses sin and enables us to repent. The sin is then forgotten. Not to be brought up for “accountability” to other sinners but only for a testimony. Address men who are abusing the vulnerability and humility of sisters that have given honest testimony. Make each other take the logs out of your own eyes. Stop acting like unbelievers. You’re failing at leadership in every level by focusing only on “the sins of women, the problem with women” and you should be embarrassed
