I cried all throughout the TINĀ movie knowing that I related to the story in so many ways. I watched the film with my uni and I kept thinking back to my teacher saying “I can’t wait to see you walk the road” (graduate) & now that she’s not here, my heart is so heavy 😭

Just finished watching the premiere of the movie TINÄ by Miki Magasiva starring Anapela Polataivao. 10/10 movie! Literally had me crying from the beginning to the end with mean laughs in-between! 😭🙏🏾 A REAL MUST WATCH 👏🏽 In cinemas 27th Feb.

Thinking about this op-ed I wrote for my Pacific history class and how it was the first assignment I ever showed my mum because it was about her. I got an A+ and was so proud.

If this doesn't tell you that there things Samoa don't play with, and one of them is our Miss 😂 this should be it. Jerry knows this too well, from when he started two new pageants in Samoa, and the government told him there's only ONE Miss Samoa!

@siada_7 Periodt. My family called me crazy and kaulaikiki because my cousin took a photo of my dead Nana and when she argued with me I looked her dead in the face and said “Dont fuck with me today” 😭 she had not even been gone for 12 hrs.

Once I saw Sals on this team, I knew that something amazing was coming. I told all my Samoan friends to keep an eye out because her teunga tau’olunga are amazing. She did not disappoint! Such a beautiful piece of work 🫶🏽
