I have walked/ran for 8hrs before, fasted for 5 days, threw up 42 times during a single purge session, purged water, took cold showers & ice baths, took my clothes off in the snow, got addicted to cocaine, chewed & spit, ate food that I threw away, destroying a meal w my hands๐คฃ

I would cut that person off. They're toxic. U ask them to be mindful about what they're saying in terms of your eating disorder and they disregard it. It's blatantly disrespectful and low vibe behavior

Fasting or fasting mimicking diets detox ur body which clears skin so it makes sense scientifically. But also water flushes out toxins that show through the skin as well

For my family it was like bmi 17-19 but I've had random ppl call me thin and accuse me of not eating, asking me why I'm so skinny at bmi 21/22 but that's just cuz I live in America and most ppl here are overweight or obese and that'd normal to them

I think whenever ppl cover up nutrition labels for ppl that have eds, it just creates more fear/anxiety and just cause the person to not even consume it cuz of the nagging mindset of "better safe than sorry"
I would be PISSED and just not eat anything at all

I'm 5'5 so my ideal body weight would be 165-120= 45kg (bmi 16.5)๐ฅด I think it was a good weight for me but that's insane that underweight is their ideal body..

No. They're filling, curb a sweet tooth, and it's low cal. Ik everyone is so terrified of them but an extra small one is around 72 cals and a small one is like 90, sometimes less. It's best to weigh them to know for sure.

Why do so many ppl on here think that someone with ednos can't be underweight?? U can be bmi 16 w ednos. It doesn't make u automatically anorexic to be underweight

Most ppl that have muffin tops are just wearing pants that are too tight. She looks relatively small/healthy so I don't think she would have a muffin top if she was in better fitting pants.

I found photos I took of myself the first time I got to 97lbs at 16yrs old and the amount of difference compared to when I got there at 20yrs old is INSANE, like it looks entirely different cuz of the changed body structure & muscle to fat ratio

They're still good. U can make smoothies, freeze them or bake banana bread. Frozen banana slices are a really good snack too

I think u need protein and exercise or at least daily activity to avoid being skinny fat. Starving is what causes skinny fat if ur not having protein when u do eat.

I've done a ton of extreme and disordered things tbh. I binged to the point of pain, purged to the point of pain, threw up 42, during a purge sesh, scooped vomit out of the tub, did hard drugs, ate food that I threw in the trash, destroyed food w my hands, fasted for 5 days

I think staying up burns more calories but it also raises ur hunger hormone. I think when you're really exhausted the next day from not sleeping well, you move slower and less and burn less as well
