Let’s look at a game like fortnite (not saying these games are similar, it’s just a comparison). They release a huge new update every few months and their game is bigger than ever even after six years. Minecraft had that potential if not more, but people simply lost interest.

The fnaf storyline is awful. It’s extremely convoluted, books are required reading, and scott clearly never had one clear vision for it and changes things around as he goes. It was better when everything was implied rather than explained confusingly. It should’ve ended at fnaf 3.
