@MiamiCREGuy Although I don’t know all the details, that offer doesn’t seem far off if you compare lot-to-build multiples. Typically building new homes 5-8x land cost (750K x 6 = $4.5M).

Just sold my @moonbirds_xyz for an amazing amount. Wow!! 🍾🍾🍾. I didn’t want to see it go but have always told myself that if 1 sale could cover my entire investment into the space I had to do so. Today was the day 🙌🏻.I will be back but for now, .Thank you 🌙 🦉.

Just completed my very first 10-mile 🏃♂️ . Although the first 4-5 miles were quite challenging, as my legs felt unusually heavy & exhausted, I powered through & managed to finish strong. Chattanooga 70.3 - 5 weeks out .🏊♂️ 🚴 🏃♂️.

I completely share the same sentiment. It's astonishing to think that this isn't universally legal. In the past, traditional main streets in old towns flourished thanks to products like this. These creations are undeniably stunning!.
The BEST part of @WheelerDistrict was these Mixed Use/Live Work units that have office space on the 1st floor and housing on the upper levels and here’s the kicker: you can purchase these with an FHA loan 🤯🤯🤯 - Legalize this EVERYWHERE!

@StudentRentPro Perfect Example - .Roof Initially Denied. Fought it and was offered $30k. BS offer so brought in public adjuster and completed appraisal. Although it took 9 months of fighting, ended up with $240k to replace roof, gutters, some windows, exterior paint, deck, fixtures, etc.
