I'm grateful to Paul Tofi, but on checking the Hansard (Vol 361) it appears that Paul Tyler's primary contribution to the debate was to declare an interest ("I declare an interest, in that my wife is a prospective member of the probation board...") I'm not sure if that counts!

In character, this Tory candidate doesn't accept messages, doesn't want to listen or learn = between 1997-2001 Paul Tyler MP spoke regularly, usually on Cornish & food matters & also every Thursday on other topical issues.
