@AvidCommentator But it is interesting that the census bottomed and is rebounding. I just didn't see anything that looked like broad reinflation. It's just still sticky at 2.5%

@BTC_JackSparrow Agree. Though I think they still aren't 100% treasuries. There's also a bunch of repo swaps and stuff that might not work depending on counterparty. But yeah this is bad analyst work, they didn't realise its overcollateralized. Audit requirements way more of a problem.

@emollick They could also be doing a multiagent system under the hood with a bunch of supervisor agent stuff.

@iamDCinvestor The bottleneck isn't the speed of basic coding, it's the design and social consensus process.

@tmnxeq @intangiblecoins Powell himself said he was struck by the volume. You need to engage with the possibility that something has gone badly awry here rather than deny the possibility

@NoelleInMadrid Weird move. Sounded like the cpi scare was entirely about imputed shelter. Maybe DXY is fading it faster than yields for some reason? More headline algos less discretionary in bond market?

@tmnxeq @intangiblecoins All of the cases I've heard of are just normal personal deposits to Coinbase being flagged, not something we would consider a high aml risk. The compliance systems got turned to 11.

@tmnxeq @intangiblecoins There is no appeal process. That's the issue that Liz Warren has been highlighting. It's algo-banning without recourse. It got ramped up when the regulators said that any crypto activity, even account holding for a crypto investor was a safety and soundness issue.

@functi0nZer0 What I'm seeing is 'bloomberg uses custom Web conferencing software'. It doesn't sound like a zero day, it sounds like people are getting too deluded by the hope of recognition from a media company they revere and breaking their op sec rules.

@CampbellJAustin @daveweisberger1 Meant to mention, great testimony. Made that point for reform well. Do you think your point cut through? It seemed like the representatives were very distracted by the partisan fight.

@pud354 And even more troubling, the propaganda or polishing up the statistics isn't working anymore. People know what they see around them.
