@QuantumOMalley Funny, Model 3 is about the same as a Camry. And that’s as far as the comparison goes. The 3 is just next level.

@JamesOKeefeIII Yeah. Biometrics are not potentially self-incriminating to the law since they’re not testimony. Passwords are potentially self-incriminating testimony and thus cannot be compelled. This is in the USA of course. Elsewhere, safe to bet you’re screwed.

@hereforthetesla @Timothyz @Tesla Truly. They should go test drive one. The dealer will give it to 'em for hours. There's a reason Tesla's ad budget is $0.

@hereforthetesla @Atomic_Ferret @Tesla You really want to piss me off, try telling me what to do. I bought a Tesla because it suits my use-case (and, sure, got some of MY money back as a credit). No bureaucrat on a power trip forced me to. (And: they're great.) You want EVs to prosper, let them win on merits.

@cenkuygur Where were you when (e.g., regarding student loan forgiveness) the Supremes said to Biden, "Naughty, you can't do that!" ...and he did it anyway? That was the Supremes. The current topics are nowhere near reaching that level. A rogue judge making an ex parte call ...weak.
