@SouthwestAir Not true. My confirmation email (part shown above) shows no indication that upgrade is limited to any part of the flight. I double checked as soon as I got the confirmation email last night, to make sure I got what I bought. It’s not inconvenience, it’s fraud

After a career going to AGU I’ve finally made it to @EuroGeosciences ! Wonderful to be here with my student Shuli Chen and to meet up with long-term Brazilian Amazon colleague Eliane Alves, now at Max Planck @MPI_BGC I only wish it was for more than just one day!
