Colombia is the only country in South America that has coastline on the Pacific & Atlantic (Caribbean), these are my two favourite beaches from each coast: Cabo San Juan in Tayrona national park & Playa Almejal in El Choco, neither are easily accessible 🏝️ 🇨🇴😎

I can now confirm that there is a “Canadian Line” specifically for us Canucks to pay an entry fee at customs which is 245.000 pesos, about $85 CAD, an agent will come to you in the line with a machine to pay by credit card 🇨🇴🇨🇦

Guys often ask me how I’m able to work seasonally & spend the winters in Latin America.
I do it by working turnarounds in refineries, pulp mills, power plants, etc. I usually work from April until October then once it starts snowing, I get going ❄️🇨🇦✈️🇨🇴

I had a couple of drinks at a bar in Medellin & noticed that the tip was a bit high. Tipping isn’t customary in 🇨🇴 but at some places they’ll ask to include it & it’s generally 10% which I have no problems paying for good service. For some reason, probably because I’m a gringo,
