While senators debate school choice on the floor, there’s constant spurts of cheering from an Anti-Pres. Trump protest happening on the Capitol steps. In the chamber it sounds like an amusement park when you briefly hear the cheers of coaster riders passing through.

Creighton for writing in a conflict of interest provision to this version (state lawmakers involved in passing the ESA will not be eligible to use the program). He is concerned that private schools aren’t required to follow the same safety protocol public schools are.
