SPD Car Stolen Just after 6 p.m. this evening, a marked SPD patrol vehicle was stolen from outside Ellis Hospital. The vehicle has been recovered on I-87 (NYS Thruway) near Kingston with the assistance of the NYSP. One male detained regarding the incident.
