When we first started doing these the boxes were 12 feet apart and she could barely do all 6. Now we are at 15 feet apart doing all 6. I never told her that I added more feet. The key is to cycle down and attack the ground to pop up, don’t just drop down with a straight leg.

4x400 relay splits should be off the line and not the handoff. Coaches doing a disservice to the kids by giving them a split for only 350m of work. That's why doing handoffs and running through the zone like the other relays are important.
