@dtwijukye95 Schools like banks should have prohibited business! Kiyembe used to be the hub for uniforms and they were cheap now every school wants to cash in by selling overpriced uniforms!

I am thoroughly convinced these daily black outs by @UmemeLtd are intentional and fully sanctioned by @uedcl @ERA_Uganda @uetcl and all the powers that be in an attempt to calm down public outcry when the transition flops! You can't convince me otherwise!
