I don't know of another male footballer who was so loved by Kerala women. Even those who hardly watched football shared the admiration of their female friends/daughters/sisters who paid to watch you play. They probably adored you as much as IM Vijayan, Ancheri or Sharafali. Pity.
Those who know me personally will tell you that I have always been a huge supporter of Indian women’s team and women in general. Don’t forget that I have a mother, my sisters and my wife, and I’ve always been respectful towards women.
