@devarbol They still do a medical checkup but not a full commission. In today's era w their limited resources it probably makes sense, since most people already visit the doctor regularly, unlike WW1/WW2

@MavsLaker Yes - the pre WW1 order of things was that British were red, French were blue, and Russians were green. Soviet Russia decided red would be its color. The US chose blue presumably inspired by the French and the American Revolution.
