This is bullshit. There is no Hamas HQ under Al Shifa hospital in Gaza. I spent weeks at that hospital in 2014 and was very familiar with the Hamas leadership. Gaza is a small place. They jog in the streets. I wandered freely at Al Shifa, and know that this Tweet is bullshit.
Pictures from the al-Shifa hospital compound. Underneath the hospital is the main Hamas HQ. Over it, there are civilians living in a tent camp. The logistical and ethical dilemmas this presents to the IDF are staggering.

Since 2001, more than 17,000 rockets have been fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip. Thanks to Iron Dome and Israeli warning systems, these rockets have not caused the high rate of casualties Hamas intended.

Israeli police act like monsters - there is no other way to describe them based on their treatment of Palestinians. They can abuse you and you have no rights to defend yourself (unless you plan to be assassinated). Why does the U.S. continue to underwrite them?
