I helped my client go from 0 to 25 Skool members in just 15 days.
It’s simple.
This is how we got traffic:
1. started uploading raw, long, value-focused YouTube videos.
2. email marketing (so powerful).
3. created short-form daily content from long-form content.
I just hit my first 100 followers.
The biggest flex?
They're all my friends with whom I've shared my goals, and they've done the same.
There are no bots.
When you think about buying an online course, first go check that person's free content.
Are they flexing G-wagons instead of solving your problems?
Don't be stupid.
Choose wisely.
The simplest way to come up with content ideas is to stare at a wall for 1-2 hours with zero distractions and write down every idea that comes to mind.
This not only helps you generate original ideas, but it also trains your brain to be more creative.
"I don't know what to write about."
huh?
I see a lot of people complaining about it.
Let me help you with that.
If you're trying to grow on X, you probably have a product or service you sell, right?
If yes, answer these two questions:
1) What is your niche?
Your copy is like a good conversation.
It should be:
1. Easy to follow
2. Engaging and pleasant
3. Filled with useful insights
This way, it keeps your audience interested and drives meaningful results.
Organic traffic > Paid traffic.
always, always, always.
Here's why:
1 ) Affordable
Organic traffic doesn’t cost anything upfront.
Unlike paid ads, you don’t lose your traffic when you stop paying.
Sure, you can invest in SEO and content, but once you’re ranking well, it’s
Your first post won't get any views.
Your first outreach won't get a response.
Your first workout session will be sh*t.
Your first approach to a woman will be cringe.
Whatever...
We gotta go through the "sh*t phase" to achieve anything meaningful in life.
Confused people don't buy.
Only give them 1-2 paths to follow in your funnel.
never more than 3 or 4.
You always want to have 1 call to action toward 1 thing in all your emails, long-form videos, short-form videos, sales letters, etc.
NEVER use linktrees anymore, where
Tell people what they want to hear to get them closer to buying.
Good news, it's extremely simple.
People will do anything for someone who:
1. Encourages Their Dreams
2. Confirms Their Suspicions
3. Soothes Their Fears
4. Justifies Their Failures
5. Throws Rocks Ar Enemies
If your skool about page isn’t converting, you’re leaving money on the table.
Here’s how to turn it into a conversion machine:
1) Lower the Friction:
Offer a free community or a free trial.
Lowering the barrier to entry makes people more likely to join.
Free value upfront
Y’all aren’t ready for this value bomb…
And yes, I’m serious.
After studying multiple 6-figure sales letters, I noticed one thing:
every single one had amazing stories.
These stories were what kept me reading the entire letter with excitement and interest.
And it’s not
It’s my birthday today
I turned 18.
This past year has probably been the most important of my life.
I’ve realized so many things,
failed many times
and won many times
Each challenge taught me to keep going,
and every win showed me how important it is to stick with it
Don’t sell your services.
Sell the transformation.
No one cares about what you do or how skilled you are.
The only thing that matters is the results you can deliver.
People don’t pay for processes.
They pay for outcomes.
Focus on how their life, business,
You MUST avoid this mistake as a skool creator.
I see this all the time, and it costs people thousands of leads.
What is it?
Getting traffic the wrong way.
Here’s how it happens:
You get tons of traffic, but none of it converts.
Why?
Because you're
I went from 15 --> 50 followers in just 3 days.
How?
I focused on building genuine connections.
Real relationships lead to more meaningful engagement and lasting growth.
When I was starting out, I wasn't patient.
I wanted quick results and looked for shortcuts.
The result?
0.
Progress comes from patience.
Slow down,
stay consistent,
and put in the work.
Soon, skool will be as popular as Facebook.
Mark my words.
I'm completely confident saying this.
The stats speak for themselves.
About 352 new members join the platform per day.
Here are 3 benefits of having a Skool community:
Stop focusing on going viral.
Focus on creating something of real value.
When you put effort into delivering quality and helping others,
the right audience will notice and appreciate your work.
Quality always outlasts fleeting trends.
3 Tips to Stand Out as a Skool Creator:
1. Identifying a niche.
Focus on a specific group's biggest needs to become the top expert for them.
2. A grand slam offer.
make them feel stupid saying no
3. Sell the vacation, not the trip.
Highlight the benefits, not the process.
Stop being a little email b*tch.
Long-form sales copy will make you most of your money for 2 reasons:
1) It converts incredibly well
2) Few people use it.
Here are 6 things to do before writing long-form copy to make the process easier and faster:
How to write killer sales copy?...
It's simple, actually.
Imagine touching a hot oven.
Ouch!
Your hand pulls away because it burns.
Why?
It hurt too much!
Do the same with your copy.
Highlight the pain points so your audience feels the burn and takes action.
When selling your skool community, don’t just focus on the features.
Talk about the benefits
Show them how it will solve their problems or make their life easier.
Make it clear why they need it
Highlight the value they’ll get.
Show them what they’ll gain, not how it works.
AH SH*T!
My first year of uni is close.
Just 2 weeks...
but I don't care.
I'm not the type of guy who makes excuses about not having time to be an entrepreneur.
I know what my goals and priorities are.
Entrepreneurship lets me sacrifice anything except my dreams.
The reason we compare ourselves to others and feel like we're falling behind is because of social media.
No matter how good you are,
there's always someone who seems to be doing better.
Once I deleted all social media platforms,
that was when I started focusing on myself
As a beginner skool creator,
you MUST lower the friction.
Nobody knows you at first,
so your main goal should be to build goodwill,
gain trust, and establish authority.
Start with a free group and offer free trials.
it's all about providing value.
I started enjoying work more once I made this one simple change.
I set goals differently now.
My past goal:
sign my first copywriting client by the end of summer.
My current goal:
send 200 high-value outreaches by the end of summer.
Input is the only thing I can control.
If you want to succeed in online business,
you have to EAT SHIT.
Do the work daily, even when you see zero results.
This is HARD.
This is the phase where 99% of people quit,
because they don't know the rewards that come from pushing through it.
3. Improved customer support
With a community platform, it’s easier to assist your customers.
They can ask questions and get quick answers from you or other members, making support more efficient and helpful for everyone involved.
Before starting my copywriting business,
I believed no one would hire me because I had no experience.
I was wrong.
Every successful person we see online started with zero experience.
We gain experience by starting.
So start now.
What makes a good script... a good script?
There are some metrics to look at:
1. Is the language used incerdibly simple?
2. Does the script give the audience exactly what they want?
3. Would you pay $100 for your video? (underrated)
4. Would you watch this video?
Secret Lead is super simple, yet so powerful.
Find something about the product that your customer doesn't know.
Tease them with these secrets in your headlines and messages, dropping hints along the way.
Only reveal the full secret when they're emotionally ready to buy.
The best feeling?
When you work with a person who you truly appreciate and are really motivated to help.
I don't view him as my "client", but as a friend whom I help scale his business.
I see a lot of Skool creators with very bad sales pages (ChatGPT-written lol) with crappy headlines and non-customer-oriented copy.
They're just leaving extra cash on the table.
So, here are some basics you need to know before writing a sales page for your community:
The best part of entrepreneurship is when you slowly realize you're
becoming obsessed with it.
You might not start out obsessed, but
over time, you get addicted.
You turn into a massive nerd with a
childlike curiosity to make things work.
Everything takes longer than we expect.
It took me 8 months to sign my first copywriting client.
When I started, I thought it would only take 2-3 months.
I ended up sending over 100+ high-value outreach messages.
At the beginning, I thought 20 would be enough.
It’s much simpler than most beginners think.
These three steps are all you need to focus on to carve your path and build a successful community.
Don't overcomplicate it.
mastering these basics will set you apart.
8) Urgency/Scarcity CTA
Create a sense of urgency or scarcity in your call to action.
Limited-time offers, limited spots, or special bonuses for quick action can motivate people to act now rather than later.
I can't control whether I sign my first client or not, right?
But if I send 200 high-value outreaches, it would be unreasonable for me not to sign my first client.
I started focusing only on inputs, and it made me more motivated, to be honest.
I lost a copywriting client today.
Do I feel like a failure?
Yes.
Am I banging my head on the wall with frustration?
Yes.
Will I give up?
No.
Anyway...
Time to work harder I guess.
Failures are part of the journey...
2. New revenue streams through educational content
By sharing your knowledge and offering valuable content, you can open up new ways to earn money.
This could include creating paid courses or exclusive materials for your community.
1. Increased customer engagement and retention
A Skool community keeps people interested and coming back regularly.
It helps create a strong connection between your brand and your audience, making them feel more loyal and engaged.
Productivity tip for copywriters:
Write on an empty stomach, early in the morning.
Choose the hardest task the day before, the one that requires the most focus and energy.
This is how I wrote a full sales page for a prospect today from 6 am to 8 am.
My brain was sharp asf!
One of the best lessons in marketing is to sell transformations.
People love it!
Instead of describing the process of how to achieve the desired outcome, they want to see the final product.
Focus on THAT.
I've just studied Daniel Fazio's sales page, which earns him six figures a year.
I seriously have never read such a simple sales page before.
It was written so that even a third grader could understand it.
Just nail the basics and write simply.
7) The Guarantee
Offer a guarantee to remove any last-minute doubts.
Whether it's a money-back guarantee or a satisfaction guarantee,
it helps reassure potential customers and reduces the risk in their minds.
Offer creation is probably the most important skill to learn in business.
Even if you have the BEST product in the world or are the best in your skill,
If you don't know how to position it...
You're screwed.
So, go learn this skill.
The market wants what the market wants.
Read that again.
You can't create desire for a product or service.
You can only exploit the desire that already exists in the market.
You will slowly die when you try to run against this principle
If you want to grow your Skool community,
you MUST create something NEW.
NEW opportunity,
NEW system,
NEW mechanism,
NEW method.
People love NEW things, not improved versions of the old things.
5) Write down the 3 false beliefs
Vehicle - New opportunity or vehicle
Internal - That they can’t do it specifically
External - Why it won’t work because if outside forces they can’t control
5) The Steps Foundations/What's Included
Detail what's included in your offer.
List out the components, features, and benefits.
Make sure they understand the value they're getting.
The more detailed and transparent you are, the more trust you build.
I see many YouTube channels whose videos usually get 100-200 views,
making 10-20k per month with their Skool community.
Why?
Because they build the right audience on YouTube,
are specific about the problem they solve,
and create videos for a very targeted audience.
6) Testimonials
Include testimonials from satisfied customers.
Social proof is powerful.
Show real success stories and positive feedback to build credibility and trust in your product or service.
1) The Big Result/Promise
You need to have a promise in your sales page. In my experience, it works best in headlines.
For instance: "Make your first $1000 online as a beginner video editor with no prior experience in as little as 90 days."
This is BIG, right? People LOVE it.
The best marketing strategy is creating something new!
People love new things, not just better versions of old things.
This simple tactic can boost your sales like crazy!
It works because it gives hope and excitement.
This makes customers believe in your product.
4) The Process/Steps
Break down the process or steps your customers need to follow to get the promised result.
Make it simple and straightforward.
Show them that achieving their goals with your solution is easy and manageable.
2) The Customer Bubble
What are your target customers' pains that wake them up at night?
What are their fears, dreams, goals, problems?
Write everything down before starting.
You must relate to them.
The more things you offer to your customers, the more money you lose.
Read that again.
This is the mistake 90% of skool creators in the self-improvement niche make, so don't let this be you.
Focus on solving one problem instead of seven lol
If you're a skool owner generating organic traffic, focus solely on creating long-form educational YouTube videos.
Hire someone to handle the rest, like emails and short-form content.
Prioritize the highest leverage activities
3) The Perfect Solution
Present your solution as the best answer to their problems.
Explain how it addresses their pains and helps them achieve their dreams.
Be clear and specific about what you offer and how it stands out from the competition.
Money is made by providing value to the market,
which comes from solving problems.
But how can you solve the markets' problems if you don't know
their dreams, fears, pains...
Studying your market is the most important activity you should
focus on, no matter who you are.
4) Write down the big domino statement
If I can make people believe that my new opportunity is the key to their dream outcome and is only attainable through my specific vehicle, then all other objections become irrelevant and they have to give me money.
