@gowthamrockz @PavanCherukuriK Everyone doesn’t need an IT ecosystem. Mumbai is past its prime. Hyd - no language hassles. Nobody has forced me to talk in Telugu though I can converse. Food options r so so many. Hyd does have a lot of plus points now… infra is catching up. Retail is above average

@InspireeMilions @HydREGuide What I’m saying is, I’ve lived in Hyd all my life & I’m aware of this carpet area and super built up confusion. And I do triple check all these things before stating them. Back ache for me I said… subjective indeed

@InspireeMilions @HydREGuide I know the difference between super built up and carpet. When I mention sq feet, it is carpet area. The 1200 I mentioned is carpet area. Slightly smaller than my current home which is def not 830 sq ft… otherwise my back wouldnt hurt after cleaning 🥲

@HydREGuide Okay. That’s true. I’d also prefer a two bhk any day. Far less space to clean if my help doesn’t come. But many r complaining these days. Talking strictly abt my neighbours in east Hyd. 900 sq ft isn’t enough… 😑
