Oregon went 12-2 on the year, winning both the inaugural Pac-12 Championship Game and the 98th Rose Bowl.

The Ducks bounced back in ‘05 finishing 10-2 good for second in the Pac-10 conference.

After starting with a nationally televised home win the ‘98 season saw the Ducks go 8-4. QB Akili Smith shared the Pac-10 offensive player of the year award becoming the first Duck to receive the honor.
