@atimlatigo If it were you working for an org that calls for scrutiny and public accountability, how else w'd you have done? He who alleges must prove, not so? 1. Investigator - Yes, its OK. 2. Judge - not sure. 3. Complainant - No. Many are complaining. Prosecutor - beyond her pay grade.

Boss, you cannot pay people 200K each and with a straight face you use the word "voluntary"... I saw how strict and tight marked your starting point was around on Lugogo Bypass, you guys invested a lot of money.

For me, this was a major taint in @ProfNawangwe's time at Makerere. No sort of accountability has been done towards the cause and responsibility for the fire. It easily looks to be arson.
The Main Building at Makerere University got burnt in September, 2020 in a double fire outbreak, a fundraiser to rebuild the structure was commenced without any clear accountability on what happened. The University administration has not accounted to alumni in any way. Terrible.

I noticed that Mr Barnabas @ProfNawangwe has given a set of certificates diplomas and the list of papers he claims enabled him to become a full professor at @Makerere in 2013! The certificates raise more questions than answers! We have four different individuals listed on these papers. Who is the real Nawangwe? Who is UMOJA? Who is H.B? Do we have a court document on changing Names? This at the very outset is four different people! Second WHERE are the 2 📚 BOOKS by a recognized publishing company? Mr Barnabas Nawangwe is trying to WISH the requirement away! We need the Books! 📚 📚 Let me go over these papers with my FACT CHECKER app. I may also have to TRAVEL to UKRAINE to VERIFY these Transcripts! We need to restore academic integrity back to Makerere University. Make @Makerere great again.
