Clearest case yet for repealing the Investigatory Powers Act (2016)

@EFF It's worth remembering that last year the government tried to get signal and whatsapp to add backdoors to e2e encryption. They threatened to shut down service in the uk, and the bill got amended in the house of lords to remove the offending section.
