Memecoin Poem in Two Parts Part One I think memecoins* blow up (and then crash), in part, because a majority of the liquidity comes from degens on this app, who want, more than anything, to escape the rat race aka their lives of toil. Once you see someone you like, post a ticker, you are convinced it’s good. You buy, and like their post. Maybe you even share it. Then you’re fed more posts that list the ticker, and “connect with the community”/find moonbois. Then your feed is full of bull posts for your bag and you think you scouted a hidden gem that just reached consensus within the esteemed ct community (who you deem to be sophisticated traders and cypherpunk visionaries- all super rich, and who know everyone… and always pick random winners out of nowhere). Believing you’ve picked a winner before the massive accounts are mentioning it, you go all in (and so do the other ‘yous’). Green dildo. Max out your cards. Bet moar. Your friends ask how crypto is going and you tell them, “Actually really fucking good. You guys need to grab a bag of $deeze. I’ve got $400,000 in the phantom right now.” They buy. Then the pump insta-reverses. Traders/devs/insiders/grifters/algos catch it (and/or start it). There’s a cascade. You’re stuck in a winning mindset, so you never get out. But the red in your wallet fills you with dread. As the numba plummets, your regular life, the life you actually lead, collapses in around you. Recent Google searches for “mansions nearby buy pay crypto” flash through your mind like shame attacks that shoot down to your feet, and chill you. Desperate and scared, you check ct. Now your feed is full of the actual ticker community… beleaguered and broke. “Diamond hands,” “Hold the line,” “Jeets out.” Moonbois have bailed. You lost it all and feel like shit. You see other tickers. “Oh this guy always spots shit early. What’s the ca?” Repeat. *By memecoins, I mean all coins/tokens. Or stocks even… all assets? Idk. It’s the same emotions driving every rally and crash. All markets are ponzis, in different clothes. Like, sometimes it’s a ponzi wif a hat. At the end of the day it’s all a meme, right?

Tl;dr “buy ETH”
If anyone here wants an alt season whilst also praying for $ETH's downfall you are going to be very disappointed. The only way these alts recover is if $ETH recovers and I honestly don't think any of us want to live in a world where $ETH isn't ranked number 2 and is replaced by something like XRP or Solana. $SOL is great by many standards but doesn't take the core tenets of crypto seriously, such as liveness and decentralisation. You're looking at more VC crap with massive unlocks and 5% inflation which allows infinite easy token creation and attracts some of the worst participants such as the KOL cabal and other outright scammers. Pre-sales, pumpdotfun extraction, political coins, memecoins, celebcoins etc. - all net negative. The same handful of people taking all the money and fleecing retail. Everyone wonders why this market sucks so much right now, why there's no sustained bid for alts and why no one is making any money. Well, the answer is because $ETH has led every single fun thing in crypto that made bull cycles fun. 1. ICO's 2. DeFi Summer 3. NFT's If you want this cycle to be PVE, uponly and fun again, you better pray $ETH recovers. Otherwise, good luck losing your minds chasing narratives that last 3 weeks and throw new retail into the grinder so they leave and don't come back. Surprising no one has realised this tbh. It's very obvious that $ETH bought the fun and innovation each cycle to create a sustained altseason. Without it, you might as well just sit in $BTC and save yourself the headache tbh.

Agree with the gold bug here. Regulated drugs is the solution to many problems. Been losing the War On Drugs ever since Nixon invented it to seize control over minorities. Drug use should be a medical issue, not a criminal one.
Because heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamines are illegal, they are very expensive and often laced with fentanyl to reduce the cost. If these drugs were legalized and regulated, they would be far less expensive and therefore not laced with fentanyl. The only solution is clear.

Incredibly disappointed by this. Horse racing is so not “do only good everyday”. It’s deadly for the horses and they don’t deserve to be used like this. This is not the way for @neiro.
