Very excited to share our paper at #JNeurosci @SfNJournals! My first in US🤓 Intracranial EEG shows parts of periventricular heterotopia responds normally to task and also keeps network level integration at rest. w/@neuroperson @csavasegal @josef_parvizi🧵

Can't understand the people who don't smile or do frown. Not saying you should be happy to see me, but a courtesy smile should not be hard. Noticing this mostly with certain medical specialties. But almost never with a neurologist or an epileptologist. Wanna go back to #AES2024

One of the last things I've done in LA was to have a double double at In-N-Out 🤤 no conflicts to disclose. 😂

What a day! #3 at #AES2024 was full of walking and talking. Most proud to hear about how Dr. Rachel Smith of our own at @UABNews is helping localize the seizures and even induce them that no one else was able to. New techniques to help induce seizures are on the way!
