As a dietitian I approve this message. And for yall cutting out carbs - you cutting out fiber (fruits, vegetables, and beans contain carbs)

I will nerd out real quick. Just spent an hour+ learning more about kombucha fermentation. I want to make one that will ferment most of the sugars, yield the highest amount of probiotics (without tasting too much like vinegar), with a some great carbonation.

I repotted Henny (my monstera) about a month ago. She lost about 10 leaves, due to shock. But she is recovering. I may not never repot her again though, even though I feel her new pot is too big. She’s growing new leaves so I’ll leave it.

Imma start making more noise on how the whole nonprofit system is RACIST. I’ve experienced it so much and made excuses on how I just need to get my foot in the door or just need this or that. But in reality it’s not me, it’s them. And something need to change.
Last grant I applied for I spent weeks prepping for the proposal, even met with someone to go over my proposal and get feedback. Mind you it was only 5k, and I still got denied. Laughable tbh.
