Today, I fainted due to the psychological pressure I have endured throughout the war and my inability to adapt. Blood tests were conducted, and my hemoglobin level was 8. A girl my age is supposed to be healthy, yet I have no appetite for food. The constant stress, fear, and uncertainty have taken a toll on both my mental and physical health. I feel drained, as if my body is struggling to keep up with the weight of everything I have been through. No matter how much I try to push forward, the exhaustion lingers, making even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming.

A number of military vehicles advanced towards the Jawazat Roundabout in Rafah, conducting bulldozing operations and engaging in intense gunfire. The occupation continues to violate the truce and persist in its operations in Rafah.

Gaza doesn’t need instant noodles, coffee, or chocolate at the moment. What we truly need is a temporary shelter that offers us even brief relief, protects us from the relentless crises and harsh weather, and rescues us from the torment of tents, nylon sheets, and overwhelming destruction. Bring caravans. Bring a steady water supply. Bring alternative electrical equipment and wiring. Bring renewable energy solutions, like solar panels, to cope with the ongoing power cuts. Bring medicine and essential medical supplies. Provide gas cylinders and cooking gas—then do whatever you want. There has been a lot of media buzz about caravans, yet they still haven’t arrived, despite the urgent need for them as a temporary solution.

"When you say the impossible out loud, you shift the way people see reality". Trump’s claim about relocating 105 million people from Gaza sounds absurd, but it’s a classic Anchoring Bias tactic ,introducing an extreme idea so that anything less drastic seems reasonable. His border wall once seemed outrageous, yet parts of it were built. Moving embassies to Jerusalem was once a red line; now it’s normalized. Whether relocation happens or not isn’t the point. By making it a topic of discussion, he expands the limits of what people consider possible.

The people who returned to their homes in Rafah and eastern Khan Younis but can no longer access the rubble due to the Philadelphi Corridor and the buffer zone ، and whose tents were just destroyed by the storm، what is their fate, and who is responsible for them? Thousands of displaced families in Rafah and Khan Younis are facing yet another catastrophe. After months of displacement, many tried to return to what was left of their homes, only to find themselves trapped by newly imposed restrictions in the Philadelphi Corridor and buffer zone. Now, with the recent storm, their only remaining shelter tents has been wiped away by the strong winds and heavy rain. These families have nowhere to go. The cold, the floods, and the complete lack of protection leave them in an unbearable humanitarian crisis. The question remains: Who will take responsibility? Who will provide them with shelter, aid, and protection from the harsh weather? The world must act before it is too late.

When I decide to leave gaza, it’s my choice, and I’ll return in the end. But as long as you want us to leave, I’m not going anywhere. And here I am, settled in my place. 🧘🏻‍♀️

For the past 16 months, displaced families have been living in makeshift tents, enduring harsh conditions with little relief. Now, as a powerful weather front sweeps through the region, their suffering has worsened. In the Mawasi area of Khan Younis, strong winds have torn through the displacement camps, ripping tents from the ground and leaving families exposed to the freezing cold. Heavy rains have flooded the fragile shelters, soaking blankets, food, and essential supplies. With no proper infrastructure to shield them, people ,especially children and the elderly ,are struggling to stay warm and dry. The situation is dire. Many of these families have already lost everything, and now they are battling with no real protection. The humanitarian crisis deepens as they face the brutal winter without adequate shelter, heating, or supplies. Urgent assistance is needed to provide safe housing and essential relief to prevent further suffering.

As a Gazan, I find this proposal not only outrageous but also completely ignorant of our reality as a people with deep-rooted ties to this land. Gaza is not for sale, nor is it an empty land to be depopulated at the whims of politicians. We have been here for centuries ، this land is our identity, our present, and our future. What Trump proposes, with Netanyahu’s endorsement, is nothing more than a continuation of ethnic cleansing plans that have been ongoing since the Nakba. Speaking of turning Gaza into a “Riviera” after forcibly displacing its people is an attempt to erase our existence, but it will not succeed. Just as we have endured siege, bombings, and destruction, we will resist any attempt to uproot us from our homeland. If they want a “Riviera” in the Middle East, they should look elsewhere. Gaza, with its people, is already beautiful ،and it will remain Palestinian.

President Donald Trump has announced his desire for the U.S. to take over Gaza and resettle its entire Palestinian population elsewhere, creating a Riviera in the Middle East, with Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu endorsing the plan. Palestinian journalist @AbubakerAbedW joins us.

“Continuous gunfire from military vehicles on the Philadelphi Route, west of Rafah city.” Rafah has been enduring relentless attacks, with civilians caught in the crossfire. The city, known for its resilience, has faced years of hardship, displacement, and destruction. The Philadelphi Route, a critical area near the Egyptian border, has become a focal point of military operations, further worsening the humanitarian situation. Discussions about Rafah should not be limited to military developments; the world must also acknowledge the suffering of its people and their right to live in peace

The scale of what’s needed in such a short time to ensure even a basic life for people is unreal. Everyone here is searching. Everyone is struggling. Everyone is out of options. No rentals. No shelters. No money. The reality is ,it’s just survival from an imminent death!
