@decruz @thdxr @bowieoverride It was a joke π Of course, every DC will incur downtime at some point.

@theo @Simon_Breezer It might be cheaper but itβs definitely not βbetter in every wayβ. Claude is still far better for coding assistance in my experience using both.

@PriNova75 Doesnβt correctly determine typescript types. Missed entire pieces of diffs. Doesnβt pick up on nuances like changes to property names. Basically not usable for all the cases Iβve tried where Sonnet is almost perfect every time.

@EastlondonDev I use both via SourceGraph Cody. In what way does the contents of this repo support Claude?

@jarredsumner π― this. It's why I love the new @remix_run React Router v7 framework mode routes.ts file format. Also like that they offer a package which plugins filesystem routing into for optionality of both approaches.

@SourcegraphCody For context, I'm doing a refactor here and spent a bit of time editing 2 of about 30 files to get them right. Then I realised the other 28 would be pretty repetitive, so I just dumped the last two git commits into the diff files e.g. `git diff HEAD~2 HEAD~1 > diff-2.txt`

I'm a huge fan of @zeddotdev but today I thought I'd give Cursor and @SourcegraphCody a go (especially the latter after their latest news). I've switched back to VS Code with Cody. Why? Smart Apply works best.

@aboodman @_TylerHillery After 20 years of it, Iβve finally stopped using plurals everywhere in code. Itβs hard at first but eventually the simplicity wins.
