@aislinnmacklin @alisonleary1 Always an interesting dialogue, we remain somewhat traditional in roles and ways of working. Outcomes are important and an emergence of many things coming together so can be tricky to attribute to a particular role or group. Agree core care is not basic it’s a complex necessity.

@RCollEM @ukhomeoffice Such an important topic to ensure safety. Some observations from my recent study - difficulty communicating through reception glass/systems leads to shouting and a sense that staff look angry increasing tension. Our physical environment is key.

@TJCoats This is a challenge of public support and investment and education and the necessity for strong public health. We may have insufficient policy makers and leaders running campaigns, self care actions and education through tik tok, we need to codesign some of our future healthcare
