What holds us back is fear. Not just one fear, but many. We’re afraid people will laugh at us, or that we might fail. So, we don’t even attempt it.

The worst thing you can do is stay stuck in analysis. Take small steps to test your ideas before making the big leap.

Life isn’t perfect—you’ll drop some balls, and that’s okay. The key is to live without too many regrets because the worst feeling is looking back at 85 and wishing you could turn back the clock.

Many leaders fear that being vulnerable will be seen as a weakness. However, it is an act of courage instead. When you reveal your human side, admit your mistakes, and stay open to input, you build trust and genuine connections.

Passion fuels success. If you're not passionate about what you do, you're not going to be successful. The only way to find what truly excites you is trial and error. Keep going until you discover what sets you apart.

Even the best leaders experience self-doubt. There's nothing shameful about it—it's normal. Lean on your team, reflect on past successes, seek support from those who uplift you, and focus on progress, not perfection. Watch the full video here:

You need to get into a position where the world and opportunities are chasing you, not the other way around, where you're chasing them.

Most of us worry too much about what the world thinks, holding us back from taking risks. The truth is, nobody cares—they’re too busy worrying about what others think of them. The less you worry about what others think, the more freedom you have to do what truly matters to you
