@SteveStruemph Ah, yes. Brian Mack, tech counsel for WPE, had mentioned the ACF Pro issue & told the judge there's something new every weekend. My sense was that no new shenanigans should happen between now & Monday, but A8C's past behavior still seems like a wildcard. #WPDrama #WordPress

For anyone who has been following the WPE A8C drama, today's hearing was a condensed version of what we have already read & seen. It was also legally time boxed to a specific timeframe & events, so most of what has happened in the past 66 days was omitted. 9/ #WPDrama #WordPress

@DerpPress Yeah, that. 😂 A8C lawyers omitted that, but WPE lawyers mentioned that A8C went on a "speaking tour" & included the WP Engine tracker website & downloadable CSV. Also drew helpful analogy of limitations on blocking repository access to iPhone app store mgmt. #WPDrama #WordPress
