For 25 years at Stanford we have stented below the inguinal ligament and advocated as such in appropriate patients. And after every talk I give, people ask about safety etc. Tomorrow will present data on why you need to do it, when the vein isn’t normal.

That is the number one thing I miss having grown up in Canton Ohio and now live in California..the midwest wave!
One thing I love living in Wisconsin….when I’m running, or even better, when I’ve stopped running bc I’m tired & I’m walking - everybody waves as they drive by. An underestimated HUGE value in living in a community working towards more kindness. Acknowledgement of each other.

On #ABCNews @davidmuirabcpri incorrectly says unvaccinated are 17% more likely hospitalized and 22% to die than vaccinated. Later by correspondant it is corrected to be 17 TIMES and 22 TIMES more likely. Please restate. @Stanford_IR @StanfordMed @StanfordHealth
