@WZStatsGG Not a cod killer because the are designed for different audiences. I think depending on is it rolls out with a f2p battle Royale or extraction mode it could impact stuff like Delta Force or Warzone but the multiplayer almost shouldn't be compared against eachother

@CryssieGA @fordnation @zerohedge You ever cross the border into the states? You are greeted by US law enforcement. Maybe ask them why they're letting it in? Would also love to see any real stats about fentanyl amounts coming into the states from Canada

@HusKerrs Actual question from people who may know, why does COD not use an anti cheat similar to Valorant where it's always running and is at a colonel level?

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna Just gonna call it there, I actually appreciate it respectful conversation. In the end we both want the best person to get the job! Cheers!

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna Exactly. I actually think you're arguing for the same thing, which would be hiring through the lense of DEI. but you believe companies are hiring based on gender difference/race etc to perform for dei and I just don't think that's true

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna Untrue. Completely opposite. One of my best employees ever had never worked a job before. He demonstrated skills and qualities that were successful in the position and excelled. If I only valued experience he would never had had the chance.

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna If the focus is on providing the best experience for a customer. A Sears employee may be actually worse at that than someone who was a server, or a student athlete who values connection and team building. Because they didn't work retail does not mean the sears employee is better

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna If they were able to provide answers that showed that were more capable of performing the job at hand. There are also other jobs that have relevant crossover skills (ex server). Many retailers also don't have the same priority and therefore success in their business.

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna There is a time for: equal- barrier of entry is a requirement for success (military, firefighter, doctor) Equitable- offering opportunity to those with differing qualifications who may still be successful (retail, restaurant server, front desk worker)

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna Exactly. This is what I am arguing lol. But not as a result but In opportunity. Prop people with less "qualifications" up to have a chance at interviewing for the position. Again this is only for jobs where it is feasable (retail) not in something critical (police)

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna Sure it does. If there is no prerequisite need for the job, the most equitable process is to interview all candidates. That may mean 10 years of experience, 0 years, leveling the playing field and giving both the chance to earn the job through interview.

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna Where does it say that or is that assumed? It is designed to be equitable opportunities. I am aligned when I say no one should be put in a job they don't deserve because they are a minority. But if that minority gets a job based on merit, it is not a DEI hire.

@ThankYouTaceGod @Unsplarfable @LarryA27582 @0liviajulianna You could argue that the president himself is a benefit of having the ability to take a job without prior education and training in politics.
