@SportsOrla Being positive - Is it that they don’t want it look like they have just gifted the Vuelta to Sepp (ie not a genuine winner). Rather that he does win on Merit. They want to push him so it is close but still want him to win?

@outthereonthe @TheFCA Conversations had with @theFCA - clarity being issued today that the survey is voluntary but all returns welcomed as they will help with their research in this area. (Positive proactive review) Some areas of ambiguity in the survey are due to be clarified too.
