They don't discuss ideas with their teammates, instead, going straight to the project owners. This not only wastes time but also undermines the team's efforts. Their actions can be damaging, creating resentment among teammates. Remember, a team is built on shared goals and collaboration. If you're guilty of this behavior, caution yourself!
