As I always say to everyone Iāve worked with on any project, āstay out of the founderās DMsā Teamwork and communication are key. Undermining your team just to impress devs never ends well.
Beware of Toxic Team Members!āļøš“š As a KOL, I believe collaboration and communication are crucial for a project's success. However, I've noticed a disturbing trend in some marketing teams and KOL groups. Certain individuals prioritize self-promotion over teamwork, constantly seeking to impress project owners and devs. These people often talk a big game but fail to deliver. They don't discuss ideas with their teammates, instead, going straight to the project owners. This not only wastes time but also undermines the team's efforts. Their actions can be damaging, creating resentment among teammates. Remember, a team is built on shared goals and collaboration. If you're guilty of this behavior, caution yourself! Share your ideas with your team, come to an agreement, and then present a unified front to the project owners. By doing so, you'll earn respect as a leader and a team player. I hope youāve learnt something Change your ways!
