I have argued that the Haters and Deflectors trying to shut down anyone asking legitimate questions of David Seymour's response to his former President's sexual offending have resorted to insults, threats and pathetic whataboutisms. ACT have declared they will not follow any of this up with a review because they consider the matter closed, yet the former Vice President of the Act Youth Wing is publicly claiming rumours were swirling around about Jago as far back as 2020. It seems very clear that ACT don't want an inquiry because they don't want anything more coming out. I have told the ACT apologists not to fear because there are more questions to come, questions like, who wrote the ACT Party Newsletter in 2021 where the newsletter claims, "We don't mind giving people a second chance, maybe even a third chance, but we don't think they deserve a fourth chance. One serious violent or sexual offence might be a regrettable mistake. Perhaps even two, at a pinch." Who wrote that ACT Party Newsletter in 2021 and does the Party still stand by the claim that two sexual assaults at a pinch is somehow acceptable?
