Decentralized node infra makes a ton of sense. If decentralized apps are built on centralized infra (node operators), they are susceptible to similar bad "actors/action" as we've seen all through 2022 in the application layer.
Privacy is a fundamental right. Every wallet you send a transaction with, every dapp you use, and every NFT marketplace you trade on uses RPCs to interact with the blockchain. As long as they are centralized, privacy cannot be guaranteed.

4/ -ve – after the merge, and esp after upgrades like EIP 4844, fees will continue to fall rapidly. If fees falls, revenue falls, and that will have a negative pressure on the price. Esp as TradFi players start entering, they will focus on such multiples.

@nsajan Umm - I think we are still a ways off from that use case - will require regulatory/legal acceptance. And if it is backed by enforceable paper contracts - whats the point of tokenizing in the first place? But entrepreneurs in web3 never fail to suprise with their creativity!.
