@ALG3111 @LadyJayPersists In my case, he spent a ton of time and energy convincing me he’d be an equal partner. That whole façade had disappeared by the time we got home from the hospital. I love being a solo mom tho. But I hear that same story from a lot of other solo moms.

That’s the period where you’re figuring out if somebody is crazy or not. I think expecting someone you’ve only known for a few months to text you while you’re on a trip with friends is crazy.

There are people all over this thread saying she definitely fucked someone - that’s also a made up scenario.

We can’t see her side. We do see the way he jumps right accusatory language with a woman he only met a few months ago and that’s weird.

@ElevenAngryBees Yeah, it sounds like she told him she was going away for the weekend and frankly she probably needed a break from him. He spent all weekend feeling sorry for himself. Her behavior isn’t “suspect,” it seems like she’s distancing herself from a guy she’s realized is unstable.

@UGOOTWEETS Y’all are so uncreative. If I’m off my phone for a weekend at a lake house it’s bc I’m hiking, cooking, playing games, swimming, etc. I can’t imagine being so one-dimensional as y’all thinking EVERYTHING is about sex.
